+ Meet at designated Trailhead @ 8:45am
+ Hike leaves @ 9am & returns @ 10:30am

GUIDED MEDITATION

Passive, Imagery & Crystal Sound Bath

Enjoy deep relaxation, restoration, and balancing through our various meditation techniques:

  • Passive: Learn how to find and maintain your "zero-state" in our Passive Meditation sessions. The zero-state is where you empty out to be filled up.

  • Imagery: Calm the mind and be taken to new places in our Guided Imagery Meditation sessions. Allow new insights from within to prevail.

  • Crystal Sound Bath: Sit back and let your chakras be balanced & aligned in our Crystal Sound Bath Meditation sessions. Our large crystal singing bowls are attuned to the Prima 7 Chakras, allowing their healing vibrations to target and dance through your subtle energy system.

Hone in on your practice technically, mentally & spiritually. We invite the mind/ body/ spirit connection into every session enabling you to dance through your flows and find physical & mental freedom, clarity, and true rest in your stillness.

  • Vinyasa Flow: Be guided through a series of rigorous, fast-paced postures that tone, strengthen, and offer balance.

  • Yin: Let gravity do the work in this restorative practice that targets deep tissue and offers relaxation for both body & mind.

  • Yoga Nidra: Relax & surrender during this deep technique of yogic sleep.
